How Do I create an Account?

Launch the online software, by clicking on the 'Create Your Products Online' button at the left of each page.

 

The software will open and you are prompted with a login screen. Click the 'Register For Free' button and complete your registration details.

 

I can't see the "Create products online" button, what now?

You'll need to install Adobe Flash Player to view the "Create products" button and use our online software.
Visit  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/  and install Flash Player.

Alternatively, you can download and install the Google Chrome browser which includes Adobe Flash Player.

How do I upload Photos?

Within the online software, after you have created an account and logged in for the first time, you are prompted with a 'Get Started' button. You create the name of the photo album you are about to upload. Once the album is created there is an 'Upload Photo' button where you can browse your computer to select and upload your photos to your new album.

How do I create a Photo Book?

Once you have logged into the online software and uploaded your photos then select the 'Photo Books' option on the main menu. Select the required Photo Book size and type, then select your photos and create and follow the prompts.

 

How do I create a Canvas Print?

Once you have logged into the online software and uploaded your photos select the 'Canvas Print' button on the main menu. Select the required Canvas Print size and orientation, then select your photos and create and follow the prompts.

What size Photo do I need?

This varies on the product you select. Our intelligent online ordering software will warn you if your image resolution is too low for the product selected. You are still able to proceed but are asked to confirm that you are aware of the warning.

How many Photos do I need?

Canvas Prints require one photo but you are able to use multiple photos and create a collage of your canvas.

How long does my order take?

From the time you place your order online, most orders will be delivered in 5 working days, depending on where you live.
Your order will take between 24-48 hours to produce, quality checked and packed ready for shipping (please allow 2 extra working days during peak trading months Oct – Dec). Shipping time is 1-3 business days.

Is my canvas stretched?

Yes your canvas print is stretched on a 40x30mm pine canvas frame and delivered ready to hang.

 

Do I have to download software?

No. Our ordering software is all cloud based meaning you only require an internet connection to use our services. You can login to your account wherever you have a computer with an internet connection.
